CourtSense account controls
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your CourtSense account and cloud data from the Android app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
In the app
Delete directly from CourtSense
- Open CourtSense and sign in.
- Open Profile or Settings, then choose Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm Delete.
The app signs you out after the deletion request succeeds. This action cannot be undone.
Without the app
Request deletion by email
Email support@courtsense.cloud from the address associated with your CourtSense account. Use the subject “CourtSense account deletion” and include the account email address. Do not send a password or verification code.
Keep your account
Delete an individual session
Open a session in CourtSense, choose Delete session, and confirm. The session is removed from the device and queued for deletion from your synced account without deleting the rest of your CourtSense data.
What happens
Data deleted and data retained
Deletion removes the account profile and associated cloud data, including synced tennis sessions, scores, insights, friend and team connections, verified phone information, and push-notification registrations.
Limited records may be retained only when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or the normal expiration of protected backups. Data that has been irreversibly anonymized is not associated with the deleted account.
