This policy explains the information CourtSense collects through the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and web services, and how that information is used to run the product.

Information we collect

  • Account and sign-in details, including Apple sign-in information.
  • Session records, scores, insights, and history you create in the app.
  • Workout, HealthKit, and motion-related data when you use Apple Watch features.
  • Raw motion exports or review artifacts when those features are enabled.
  • Location tags when you choose to capture them for a session.
  • Friend, invite, team connection, and push notification token data.

How we use it

  • Run the core tennis session tracking experience.
  • Sync your data across devices and keep your account working.
  • Generate scores, insights, and motion analysis.
  • Support invitations, friends, teams, and push notifications.
  • Debug and improve reliability, security, and product quality.

How we share it

CourtSense shares data only when needed to provide the service. That can include infrastructure and storage providers, Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, and push notifications, and any recipient you explicitly connect or invite through the app.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account or app data is active, and for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain backups or logs. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize data where feasible.

Your choices

  • You can control HealthKit, location, and notification permissions through iOS settings.
  • You can stop using watch-based motion or raw-data features at any time.
  • You can sign out of Apple account access from the app.
  • You can remove connected friends or teams from the app flow where supported.
