Rules for using CourtSense
These terms explain the rules that apply when you use the CourtSense iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and web services. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms.
Using the service
- You must use CourtSense lawfully and only for its intended tennis and training features.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
- You should only use watch, HealthKit, location, and motion features where you have permission to do so.
Accounts and access

- You must not share credentials or attempt to access another user's account or data.

Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the app, backend services, or connected devices.

- Do not use CourtSense to upload harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
Ownership
CourtSense, including the app, website, and related features, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of any CourtSense intellectual property.
